"I used to be quite happy at this location but it has recently not been great. I have wasted so much money on a roadside. Assistance and all they cover is $50 for a tow. Why do I pay them so much money just for a $50 coverage and to make it worse, this location tells me I need contact the roadside assistance people, the roadside assistance, people that's part of State Farm tells me I need to contact my agent. Needless to say they put me on a marry-go-round like I'm a child. So I'm getting off this ride. And I will find an insurance company that actually cares about me. I suggest everyone else does the same. I'm not sure if all state farms are this way or if it's just this location. But good luck to you."

"Josh... thanks for letting us know about your tow bill from last night. Unfortunately, at $1/month, the Emergency Road Service coverage simply can't pay to tow a car beyond the nearest repair shop (typically 10-15 miles) to get the car roadworthy, but still allows a customer to tow their car wherever they choose... but the customer has to pay the excess mileage. It appears that's what happened in your situation, and I apologize that that wasn't explained to you at the time of your tow by the tow service or vendor. Regarding the 'marry-go-round' between our office and our claims/emergency road service folks, I wholeheartedly agree that should not have happened. If you'd allow me the opportunity, I'd like to talk with you about all this, and improve our service so we don't ever repeat this "marry-go-round" for you or any of our other customers. Again... thank you for letting us know you had a 1-Star experience! "
